Sydney-based singer-songwriter Alex The Astronaut has penned a really bloody beaut single about self-acceptance that could not have come at a better time, considering the current climate around LGBTQIA communities.
‘Not Worth Hiding’ speaks to people who are struggling to accept themselves and their identity, something that Alex The Astronaut has had to grapple with herself at the age of 16.
It’s a true coming-of-age tune that’s all about self-discovery and allowing yourself to feel feelings – and not feel shame for things like your sexuality and gender.
‘Not Worth Hiding’ is out on Alex The Astronaut’s upcoming EP, See You Soon, which drops on October 6th.
