Restaurant Hubert is one of Sydney‘s most hyped restaurants, but for most of us it’s a luxury visit that only happens when we’ve had a significantly sweet pay day.
Now, however, you can enjoy the delish eats and excellent drinks in their swish, French-inspired setting for a lot less than you’d expect. They’ve introduced ‘apertif hour’ from 4-6pm every day. Yep, including weekends.
During this period you can grab $5 gin and tonics, $5 glasses of reisling & shiraz, $10 negronis, and a range of snacks and meals ranging from $3-$10. Basically, you can get the full Hubert experience without the astronomical bill.

$5 G&T’s in particular is amazing – it’s rare to find spirits included in a Happy Hour.
The apertif hour’s landed just in time – Hubert’s the perfect place to have a late-arvo drink during the cooler months. The space is super warm and inviting, and v v sexy/cosy. Date night, sorted.
