If you’re getting married, chances are you’re doing the Pinterest thing and have been doing so for months (years, maybe). It’s the go-to for wedding planning, and you can see why – everyone from stylists to regular folks upload their amazing venue decor and gowns, flowers and invite designs.

Pinterest sent through their 2019 predictions for wedding venues this month, and interestingly we’re all moving toward smaller setups and affordable venues.
The most popular venue concept is small beach weddings, which have risen 511% in Pinterest searches compared to this time last year.
Next up is backyard weddings, which went up 441%.
There’s also an uptick in sustainable wedding ideas with searches up 181%, because we’re all giving a shit about the planet which is excellent news.
Finally, searches for small outdoor wedding ceremonies are up 94%, so even if your backyard is teeny – take some inspo from these outdoorsy weddings in parks and other cute spots.
All these cute ideas make ME want to get married, tbh.
