People honestly create cults around their favourite lip balm – there are people who wax lyrical over Lanolips, some who will swear by Blistex until the day they die, or there’s me with my ride-or-die $5 chemist balm.
So it completely makes sense that fans of Mecca Cosmetica‘s Lip De Luscious balm – a dewy, rose-tinted full of shea butter and hyaluronic filling spheres for maximum hydration – pestered Mecca for an on-the-go stick version of their favourite product for so long, that Mecca actually went ahead and made them their dream balm.
Mecca Cosmetica Lip De Luscious Glide comes in three shades – the ‘Natural‘, the original shade which features a light rose tint, ‘Nude‘, a soft skin-toned hue, and my favourite, ‘Rose‘, a rich, just-bitten lip shade with extreme Glossier vibes.
They’ve still got all the goodness of the pot version, with shea butter, hyaluronic filling spheres and pomegranate seed oil combined with SPF 15 – the pots do have SPF 25, however.
