OFF-WHITE & IKEA Just Teased Another Product From Their Anticipated Collab

One of the most highly anticipated home ranges on the horizon is the collaboration between Milan-based fashion label OFF-WHITE and affordable furniture giant IKEA.

A few months ago, IKEA gave us a peek at the FRAKTA bag that was being designed by fashion lord Virgil Abloh, founder of OFF-WHITE.

Then yesterday, Abloh teased a printed rug.

IKEA teased another side of the very hyped rug on their own Instagram.

THEN, someone did a bit of a sneaky BTS post to show us the whole rug, which says ‘Keep Off’ and now we immediately need one.

Abloh has a Masters of Architecture, and also unveiled a furniture collection at the Art Basel last year (overachiever, much?), making this collaboration even more exciting.

“IKEA provides a landscape – fertile soil for new ideas and concepts,” Abloh said of the partnership recently. “My duty then, is to provide something provocative. Given how tremendous this opportunity is, I’m not content to make another chair.”

IKEA held a Periscope behind-the-scenes session with Abloh to discuss the collection – have a watch here. No word on when the range will drop in-store, but excited is an understatement for how we’re feeling.
