KIVARI is one of Australia’s leading fashion brands. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse & Customer Service support team member, to join our amazing team, based at our Head Office on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

The lucky applicant will be passionate about fashion and have strong customer service skills and a friendly disposition. You will be a a team player but also work equally as well autonomously. 

Tasks :

~ Picking & packing customer orders daily
~ Picking & packing orders for our Freshwater & Byron Boutiques
~ Stock receipting on arrival of stock
~ Processing returns in our inventory system ensuring high attention to detail
~ Assisting with customer service emails and phone enquiries
~ Assisting with shipping out wholesale orders
~ Answering live chat messages daily to keep the respond rate high  
~ Ad hoc assistance in administration and order processing as required
~ Keeping our warehouse exceptionally clean, organised and safe

To be successful in this role you will need :

~ Previous warehouse / customer service experience 
~ Australia Post e-Parcel / DHL experience is beneficial but not necessary
~ Ability to maintain accuracy and motivation when working on repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
~ Comfortable with heavy lifting
~ Confident to work autonomously and within a team environment
~ High levels of attention to detail
~ An awareness of safety precautions and risks
~ A sense of pride in completing tasks to a high standard
~ A wholehearted and mature approach to your work
~ Punctual and personable

This is full-time role Monday to Friday approximate hours 9-5pm .

The successful candidate must have good availability over the full Christmas period.
