Your responsibility is to provide quality support to the Advertising team. You will be responsible for processing and managing bookings; sales support; event support; as well as general office administration.
Liaising with internal departments – Editorial, Finance, Production;
Chasing material and copy clients and via the CRM system;
Checking artwork meets printing specifications and liaising with the Design Director to fix issues;
Support the Advertising Team by managing the Administration function in CRM system.
Assisting with marketing research
Any other Ad Hoc matters
The successful candidate will hold:
Sound Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
A focus on continuous improvement and the ability to contribute ideas.
A positive work ethic and strong drive for results.
The ability to use initiative to solve a problem.
Preferred Bi-lingual (Mandarin/English)
