The Operations Assistant will be an instrumental member of our business in ensuring the office and warehouse operations run smoothly on a day to day basis.
They will be working collectively with the General Manager, Warehouse Manager and the Design and Sales team to implement and streamline the day-to-day operations of the business.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a mature and professional approach, a high level of communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous logistics and customer service experience is a big advantage. As we are a company which is expanding quickly, we are looking for those who are open to flexibility whilst developing additional skills and furthering their careers as we grow.
· Coordinating domestic logistics and freight
· Overseeing warranty process
· Providing smooth client communication and service
· Customer happiness and support
· Warehouse management
· Administrative support
· Being highly organised with a good sense of time management is essential
· Fantastic attention to detail
