THE ROLE

Atmosphere Health + Fitness are looking for a savvy, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to assist them in conveying the incredible experience to their community!

As the marketing coordinator of Atmosphere, you will be required to:

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing and promotion campaigns across two venues Atmosphere North Penrith and Atmosphere Signature
  • Deliver marketing and promotional services including (but not limited to) newsletter management, digital and print media placement, social media scheduling and placement including copy and visual assets, placement on venue listing sites and local directories.
  • Create and manage promotional collateral aligned to Atmosphere’s Brand guidelines
  • Brief and coordinate with marketing contractors such as graphic designers, video and photo content producers to create brand assets
  • Manage annual marketing budget
  • Execute & develop Atmospheres social media strategy under the direction of the General Manager
  • Coordinate content for Atmospheres Instagram and Facebook calendar and build social media paid campaigns, in conjunction with the sales team
  • Produce monthly reports on organic performance, deriving insights to improve and optimise performance
  • Create a content plan for Atmosphere North Penrith & Signature email program
  • Develop and maintain email database and mailing lists to raise awareness of venues
  • Assist with delivery of sponsorship, and business partnerships
  • Work closely with the sales to generate leads across internal, external, corporate and special events

  • Experience in social media management including generating content strategies, scheduling and content creation, sponsored and boosted content through multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated skills in the use of a range of computing applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Indesign experience or graphic design

PREFFERED BUT NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in copy writing and Adobe Photoshop
  • Budget Management


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum requirement Diploma of Marketing and Communication and or Business
