We’re looking for a smart, confident person who wants to apply their practical warehouse and logistics experience to enhance our software platform and customer experience. Experience working in fashion wholesale or ecommerce is also highly regarded.

Your experience may cover a wide range of backgrounds including, Warehouse/Logistics, Retail/Wholesale Fashion, and IT application support.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside both innovative and established brands to implement intuitive warehousing solutions and or  guide them through the process of integrating Indigo8 systems with differing 3PL providers.

We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of warehouse and inventory management systems and also how to adapt these to our customers’ requirements. In addition to this if you are someone who enjoys analysing a problem and development solutions then this may be just the role you have been looking for.

This role will provide the opportunity to the right person to grow and develop into other roles in our growing company.

Skills and experience

The position requires the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory management and or logistics based environments
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical and  problem-solving skills
  • Strong  Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time 
  • Confident personality, hands-on nature with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Great team player and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong understanding of fashion processes and day-to-day operations
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This includes email, remote, phone support and documentation
