The Role: 

We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our Megaphone team. We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about the industry and can help in finding superstars to join our fast growing company. Based in Richmond, you’ll be working closely with our Recruitment Manager and CEO to facilitate the hiring and onboarding processes. We are looking for someone to proactively implement our hiring process, assess CVS, provide testing to candidates, analyse data, manage job advertisements, onboard new staff and make their first few months as smooth as possible.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Knowledge/experience about recruitment
  • Knowledge/experience about HR
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Possess strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills 
  • Someone ready to develop their career in HR

WHAT IS INVOLVED DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Responsible for utilising our Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR) 
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, manage administration side
  • Assisting with great onboarding for new hires 
  • CV assessments
  • Testing assessments
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek
  • Assisting our Recruitment Manager and CEO
