Dogapalooza, Melbourne’s first dog friendly music festival, is returning for its fifth installment in November.

Over 2000 punters and their pooches will be heading to Burnley Park in Richmond to soak up the live acoustic music from some of Melbourne and Sydney’s finest artists, eat some seriously tasty food, beer and fair trade coffee provided by ethical vendors, and simply hang out or join in family friendly activities for kids and their dog loving parents.

Past festivals featured Triple J darlings Tash Sultana, Thelma Plum and LANKS, and Internationally acclaimed Deborah Conway.

Dogapalooza raises much needed funds and awareness for Oscar’s Law and other animal rescue organisations.  This takes a committed team of volunteer event staff, and our senior event management team needs you!

We need event volunteers with a genuine interest in the event industry for a variety of roles who can commit 3 hours minimum per week to make this year’s festival the biggest and the best.

Ideally we are looking for staff with either a tertiary qualification (or one in the pipeline) or experience in event management who can work autonomously or with our gang of volunteers to ensure the event is organised, professionally operated and runs like a well oiled machine on the day.  If you’re a student that needs a placement or you have a passion for event management, get in touch.
