Your Role
As one of our Online Solutions Advisors you will be supporting small businesses across Australia with their online marketing strategies. You will be part of a high performing and dynamic phone-based Sales team, helping your customers choose the right digital solution for their business. They might need to develop a website, or start to use Search and Social marketing tools - in selling these solutions, you will be fueling the success of our small business customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and exceeding your sales targets
  • Building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities enabling you to meet your monthly sales goals
  • Having a detailed understanding of our product and ensure that you are providing the right solutions to your customers
  • Create a fantastic customer experience, by employing proven sales techniques
Your experience
  • You have a proven track record of B2B selling, ideally in a solutions business
  • You understand and have a passion for fueling customer success in the digital world
  • You're a high performer, and consistently exceed your sales targets
  • You're a self-starter, always looking for new ways to create opportunities and deliver revenue
