We are looking for a driven and passionate Merchandise and Operation Assistant to join our team as our business grows.

 

About​ ​the​ ​Role

 

Seeking​ ​a​ ​talented individual​ ​to​ ​work​ ​alongside and report to the​ Merchandise Operations and Warehouse Team Leader. The successful candidate would be required to maintain effective operations of inventory management and focus on assisting/preparation for our weekly product catalogue photoshoot. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist the Inventory Controller, Merchandise Buying, and Planning Manager in day-to-day inventory maintenance. 

  • Assist and organize with the preparation for E-comm photoshoot.

  • Assist with stock-take and managing the life cycle of inventory.

  • Assist with order fulfilments such as Pick and Pack Outbound Orders and Process Inbound Orders

  • Work closely with the Merchandise Team to ensure stock level recordings and reports are accurate.

  • Ensure all inventory racks and shelves are kept in a tidy, organised and well-recorded state at all times.

 

Requirements

 

  • Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in Styling related role

  • Experience working on photoshoot environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Magento (Preferably)

  • Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Excellent multi-tasker 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Available to work a minimum 2 days in a week (Monday-Friday, 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM. Must be available Wednesday and Thursday ).
