The Role: 

The BDM role will lead the sales department, overseeing activities of the business developers, and monitoring performance as a whole. You will help the CEO and CMO define and communicate the business’s KPIs and targets on a regular basis, and promote data-driven action strategies in order to consistently improve the team’s performance. The role of BDM is a data-driven role which requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing and sales process. You will work to monthly team and individual KPIs and will be involved in the forecasting of growth. You will also be running digital strategy meetings with medium to large businesses, improving our offering while continuously learning and developing your skillset.

This role is suited for someone with over 3 years of experience in business development. You will be proficient in the basics and have proven success as a business developer.
