Daily responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Develop partnerships for new and existing clients through a myriad of BD projects
  • Work alongside the Sales Director and the Marketing Manager to develop unique, client-centric value
  • Management of key strategic partners
  • Organise, set-up, manage and operate activations and exhibitions
  • Management of affiliate partners
  • Outreach to organise presentations
  • Organising key VIP events including following-up with guests
  • Seek creative referral initiatives
  • Networking
  • Run consultations from time-to-time
  • Reporting of KPIs to management


This full-time position will report to the Sales Director. The new team member will be required to work with the Sales Director to drive the growth of the Sydney business. Beyond the day-to-day functions of the role the Business Development Manager will be crafting innovative and creative initiatives that will set Oscar Hunt apart.
