Our Boys & Girls is a Melbourne-based boutique event and promotional staffing agency with staff around Australia. We specialise in providing event-specific hospitality and promotional staff to an exciting range of corporate and private clients with a particular focus on high end luxury brands.
This is a fantastic career opportunity to work with the very best and we are looking for hospitality superstars to join our team.
We are looking Wait staff, Bar Staff and Promotional Staff. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of events – no two shifts are the same! These will include in-store events, gala parties, product launches, fabulous private birthdays and other celebrations, large sporting events & more!
Ideal candidates will have a passion for the hospitality and/or promotional industry, a high level of experience and professionalism, outstanding presentation and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Our staff need the ability to simultaneously work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly and seemingly effortlessly, but also add to the overall experience and atmosphere with your enthusiasm and charisma.
A successful candidate will possess the below:
- 2+ years of experience in all, or any of the following environments – events, bars or fine dining restaurants, catering, brand activations or other promotional work
- Ability to take initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Engaging and friendly personality
- Be proactive and able to work unsupervised
- Work effectively in a team – no job to big or small
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid RSA
Desirable but not essential
– Certificate III or above in Hospitality
– Food Handlers Certificate
– Cocktail or Coffee making experience
– National police check
– First aid certificate
