Global content marketing agency is looking for an SEO and Content Specialist who can manage a small team and look after the distribution, implementation, optimisation and integration of creatives across multiple platforms for their tier 1 clients.

Liaising with the content production and strategy teams, your role will be to ensure the content works, is in front of the right audience, and is fully integrated with all other communications and campaigns. You will liaise with internal specialists, and external 3rd parties to optimise campaigns and content on display, video, and mobile platforms.

The ideal person will have a combination of technical (SEO) hands-on performance experience as well as a strong creative/ideas flair, and content marketing understanding.


  • Develop market leading and innovative SEO strategies and services
  • Manage the delivery and optimisation of campaign and creative content including: competitor and keyword research, mapping, managing SEO writers, link building, algorithm changes, site audits and regular reporting and client consultations
  • Liaise with the account service teams to manage and develop fully integrated media strategies for clients
  • Mentor and motivate two direct reports, looking after their workloads and training
  • Shape and implement creative ideas and insights for further product development


  • Minimum 3-4 years SEO and digital/content agency side experience
  • Experience managing, mentoring and motivating a small team
  • Google Analytics is a must and any other certifications past or present will be favourable
  • Strong client-facing, presenting and communications skills and was as time management and organisation.
  • Ambitious and driven person looking to advance quickly into a director level role.
  • TOOLS: A solid understanding and working knowledge of HTML; any web languages ie: PHP, ASP, .NET. CSS, JavaScript, MySQL Databases; CMS systems (Magento, Adobe CQ5 etc. ); web standards (w3c); website architecture, and sitemaps and web server environments (Windows, Linux) all will be hugely beneficial
