DESCRIPTION

The Swoop Inn is a Talent Agency that specialises in recruiting for the design & advertising industry. We lead the way in expertly placing creative talent in freelance, contract & permanent roles.

Due to growth in the business & promotion of existing staff, our doors are now open for a new Junior Talent Coordinator to join the team in our busy little office. You'll enjoy a fun & supportive environment in one of the handiest locations in the Sydney CBD.

 

Duties include...

- Answering & dealing with phone & email enquiries
- Greeting guests & preparing candidates for interviews
- Completing reference checks & admin via phone & email
- Scanning, filing & lots of data entry
- Booking regular weekly meetings for our consultants
- Picking up morning coffees, mail & office supplies
- Weekly general cleaning & keeping the office tidy

 

Only applicants with a friendly & bubbly personality that complements their fantastic English communication skills & casually professional personal presentation should apply.

It's also extremely important that you have an interest in advertising, design, marketing, recruitment, HR or all of the above as there's definitely growth potential for the right candidate.

Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.

Salary will be fairly negotiated based on skills & experience.
