theright.fit is an online marketplace that connects creative talent without the need for a traditional agency. It's a community of influencers, bloggers, models, actors, photographers, makeup artists, fashion stylist and more, all in one place, which makes booking talent simple, quick, and seamless. Backed by VC firm Airtree, we're growing and are looking for the right people to join our team.

We Require You To:
Plan & execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to acquire new users, while determining what drives efficient, scalable growth
Analyze and determine the proper mix of organic and paid tactics, and manage paid ad campaigns.
Identify and test new growth opportunities across segments (device, audience segments, platforms, etc.) through opportunity assessment, data analysis, research, and collaboration with your team members.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests and be able to help product team interpret results and implement changes as required
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Maximize conversion and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies & trends in digital marketing. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Oversee a social media strategy & advise on content for the website and social networking accounts
Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Coordinate SEO optimisation.
Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
Manage email marketing campaigns & drip feed content
Attend product launches and networking events.
Required Skills Include:
Working experience in digital marketing, preferably at a startup, even better if it's a marketplace!
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics. Deep experience with 2 or more of the following: SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRO/landing pages, paid + organic social media.
Experience with analytics tools and data analysis (SQL experience preferred, but not required)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in landing page and funnel optimisation.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools & marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, MailChimp, Optimizely etc)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience with CRM programs such as outreach.io and intercom
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
