SENSO is looking for a Wholesale/ Head Office Assistant to join our small, friendly & hardworking team based in Surry Hills.  You will be one of the main points of contact for our wholesale customer base and sales agents.  The role will vary but will mainly consist of the below; 

·       Opening & Closing the Office/Showroom & general office maintenance

·       Reception duties – attending to enquiries via email, phone and online chat

·       Entering data and maintaining internal systems

·       Placing orders, following up with customers and assisting with sales appointments

·       Speaking with agents on an on going basis

·       Helping with weekly deliveries

·       Invoicing customers on XERO

 

 In order to be successful in this role, you will need to hold the below skills:

·       Great administrative, communication & customer service skills

·       Proficient in Word and Excel

·       Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

·       Proactive, efficient and willing to learn

·       A positive attitude and intiative

·       At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role 

 

Your role is not limited to the above and will include a wide variety of other duties. This will change from time to time, and depending on your ambition, your role has the opportunity to grow to include many other responsibilities.
