We are looking for a candidate well-versed in picking and packing merch and music for our online and touring clients. The entry level role, based out of St Peters, on a full-time basis is available to start immediately.

 

The main role is

– Picking / packing online orders

– Customer Service both on phone and email

– Stocktaking and inventory control

– Office / Warehouse consumables supply management

 

Secondary roles

– Freight bookings / management

– Tour Book Creation

– Booking Sellers

– Stock Management (online & touring)

– Receiving / dispatching stock

– Venue Liaison

 

Previous experience in any of the above is ideal although, not necessary! We will train you!

 

Ideal candidate will –

 

– Have great attention to detail

– Outstanding Customer Service skills

– Have a general understanding of the functions of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook)

– General understanding of warehouse functions and online store fulfillment

– Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a bonus! Not necessary

– Proficiency in communication via email and phone

– Drivers license
