About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for a full-time Technical Support Coordinator who is responsible for driving partner engagement with Bookwell products and services. This role will build and maintain relationships, provide support, training and coordination – having a big impact on the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Engagement
    • Product training, documentation & support
    • Data & software migrations
    • Monitoring, following up & reporting usage
    • Feature feedback
  • Billing Processing
  • Temporary Offline Venue Coordination

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years previous support experience preferred
  • Entry-level applicants with great attitude accepted also
  • Excellent communicator with patience
  • Technical aptitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can-do, hands-on attitude
