Talent Agent (Commercials + Voice-Over) / Assistant – Creatives Dept

Mollison Keightley Management is a vibrant and successful artist management company.  We are looking for someone to join our small team who can combine two roles: primarily working as an agent in the busy commercials department (TV commercials and voice-over) of our talent management business, as well as assisting in our creative department helping to manage contracting engagements for our creatives who include writers, directors, and choreographers. 

The dual demands of this role require someone who’s all these things, and  more:

           Strong organiser and administrator 

           Exceptional communicator 

           A self-starter; motivated and focused 

          Confident negotiator

          Numerate

          Computer literate (ideally Mac, iMovie, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Mail Chimp)

           Ability to meet deadlines, working swiftly, calmly and accurately

          Positive and helpful attitude  

Start date Monday 5th March 2018
