Who are we?

At ADME, we’re an established, boutique advertising servicing a folio of high profile automotive clients. Located along the bustling Smith Street, our team is young, bright and hard-working. We aim to cultivate a fast-paced environment that’s adaptable and open to change. Since launching in 2009 we’ve grown exponentially and are now on the search for a meticulous, proactive Social Media & Copywriting Coordinator to bring some fresh ideas to the table and exceed the expectations of our renowned clientele. Our team covers the full project spectrum in a range of mediums – from print, radio and outdoor display to social and digital media.

About you:

We want to bring someone on board who’s as passionate as we are about delivering exceptional content, so you’ll be an effective communicator with your finger on the pulse of social media trends and above all, a punchy copywriter with flair.  You will be responsible for the management, monitoring, scheduling and optimisation of our clients’ social media accounts, with a focus on Facebook.

We’re on the hunt for a proficient copywriter across all platforms who is confident with long and short-form content. You’ll be our go-to when it comes to turning over written material at break-neck speeds, so comfort in a fast-paced environment is a must.

In this role you will be responsible for:

·      Managing social media accounts – responding to all comments and reviews, troubleshooting enquiries

·      Sourcing and scheduling regular content

·      Writing punchy, engaging promotional scripts for radio, tv and online platforms

·      Creating and sending eDM and SMS campaigns – scrupulously managing all databases and optouts

·      Post-campaign and end of month reporting and analysis

·      Generating new ideas for engaging content across all platforms

·      Writing and researching branded content for monthly eNewsletters in a specialised industry

·      Meticulous proofing of all outgoing material

·      Light artworking duties

·      Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients

Skill Requirements:

·      Minimum of 1 years’ media or agency experience

·      An understanding of the advertising industry and production processes

·      An outstanding attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar

·      A knowledge of Adobe products, namely Photoshop

·      A proficiency across all major social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter

·      A strong, creative writer with flair

·      A strong work ethic with the desire for a challenge

·      A stellar communicator in person, over email and phone

·      Inclusive approach to problem-solving and planning

Still with us? See what we’ve got to offer…

If you fulfil all the requirements above, we’d love to hear from you. Our management team has a demonstrated commitment to growth and development. We foster a supportive, collaborative work environment in which all ideas are heard and recognised. One major benefit of working for a small agency is that there are no silos. We’re excited to see what skills you can bring to the table and how you can help to improve our business.

Please send through an updated CV and cover letter to [email protected]. Note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
