Glamazon are expanding and are looking for hungry, driven, start-up hustlers to join our family! We are looking for a senior marketing manager gun to join us in our light-filled beachside office located in Bondi, to be heading up the marketing strategy and implementation process.
 
A bit of background – Glamazon is Australia’s largest real-time marketplace for at-home beauty services. We use Uber-like technology to give customers access to freelance beauty professionals around Australia. With a seamless booking and payment process, Glamazon is already tapping into the $5bn Australian market, with global prospects.

Led by two female founders who are the faces of the company, Glamazon has garnered significant press and a strong social following. One of the founders is a highly successful business woman with an international fashion label and offices all over the world. We have a great company culture, celebrate every win, and keep our kitchen stocked with drinks and fruits! We’re also VC backed and currently gearing up for a Series A capital raise.
 
ABOUT YOU:

  • You will be a dynamic and creative digital marketing expert
  • You’ll be social-media savvy, have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending from current beauty looks to new fashion trends
  • You’ll thrive in a dynamic start-up environment where no two days are the same

You will have:

  • A “no task too big or small” can-do attitude
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • A degree/certificate in communications / marketing / digital / SEOis preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Australian media landscape, including the digital media landscape 
  • Must have experience with Facebook ads and campaign management
  • Must have proven experience creating and managing social media content plans
  • Content creation experience and proven examples are highly regarded
  • You will have (at minimum) intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and graphic design skills with the ability to resize and edit content 

ABOUT THE ROLE


MARKETING MANAGER – DIGITAL MARKETING, CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA

 
Your day-to-day will include, but will not limited to:

  • ​Managing the Annual Marketing Calendar and running weekly WIP meetings
  • Managing all social media platforms – predominantly Facebook, Instagram

  • Developing monthly 
    ​social ​

    content plan 

  • Content creation – from managing photo shoots to briefing and managing influencer-led content
  • End to end management of social media ad-spend and campaigns (overseeing our digital marketing strategist who manages our Google Ad Words, FB ads, SEM and SEO)
  • Growth hacking! 
  • Partnerships and collaborations
  • Fortnightly ​EDM conceptualisation and creation (working with our designer)
  • Graphic design, image editing

This role is a full-time role and open to Australian residents only or those with a valid Visa and right to work in Australia only.

 
Minimum 5 years experience required. No uni students.
