We are seeking a driven multi-tasker with proven skills in managing activations, staffing and promotional campaigns.

Ideally, you will be:

– A people person, with the ability to manage and lead a team and build rapport with clients, staff, suppliers and juniors.

– Driven and self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running

– Highly organised, with strong project management and administration skills

– Excellent verbal and written communication skils

– Flexible – our industry takes us out of hours and over the weekend from time to time

– Able to work autonomously with direction as well as part of a team

– Commercially savvy, with the ability to identify opportunities for clients and the business

– Resilient and patient enough to have read this whole job description

You will have:

– Experience in a similar role, or at least 2 years experience in Account Management and ready for the next step. 

– Well developed skills in overseeing or managing junior staff and motivating them to complete tasks

– Sound skills in managing budgets including quoting and reconciliation

– Confidence to pick up the phone or meet face to face with clients and grow business

– A fun, sociable personality as well as a focused work ethic

– You might have a tertiary qualification or degree in marketing, events, business or PR – or you may have just learnt these skills on the job – let us know!
