We are looking for an individual who can work at least two days with flexible hours for additional work!

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in customer service and retail, preferably fashion – even better if in jewellery!
  • Be flexible for hours
  • Can work at least 2 days/week
  • Supercomputer savvy
  • Experienced with Adobe Design package – Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
  • Experienced with Word Doc & Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced with Gmail 
  • Professional, Reliable, Honest, Diligent, Proactive and Self-driven 
  • Can work independently and collectively as a team 
  • Experienced with social media – Instagram and Facebook 
  • Ideally, you are located locally 
  • Creative flair

Your everyday role and responsibilities:

  • Processing orders – in-store, online, phone orders; including posting the orders
  • Compiling social media content – Instagram posts with captions 
  • Uploading listings to our online platforms – our web domain, Etsy, eBay
  • Corresponding with clients – emails, phonecalls and texting
  • Editing stock photography – photoshop and lightroom
  • General upkeep of cleanliness of the shop – bins, shop floor and jewellery cabinets
  • Responsible for opening and closing the shop
