The Infinity Holidays Publishing Team is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join one of the most creative areas of Infinity Holidays as a Publishing Coordinator. This role is full time, will be based in the Brisbane Head Office, & sits in the Infinity Holidays Product area.


  • Coordinate the brochure production process from pagination through to print deadline, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Review, write & produce inspiring copy for featured products & destinations with the intent on driving sales and user engagement
  • Research products & the market, & create desirable packages for featured destinations
  • Source, format & input imagery
  • Source & input rates for product from brochure pagination to deadline, while ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinate the plotting & formatting of maps to brochure standards
  • Proofread & ensure correct grammar, brochure standards & brand guidelines are maintained
  • Liaise with suppliers, Global Procurement Network Product Managers & Product Coordinators, Infinity Holidays Destination Specialists, & Graphic Designers
  • To believe in & have a capacity to adhere to the Flight Centre Travel Group company philosophies


  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

Selection Required

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is an advantage but not essential (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Calypso experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Product knowledge & experience within the travel industry is preferred but not essential
  • Creativity & passion is desirable
  • Sense of ownership & responsibility
  • Flexible & receptive to change & new ideas
