ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Production Assistant to lead the execution of strategy across various digital channels not limited to, social media, web, video and photography.

This role is responsible for the daily maintenance and implementation of digital marketing strategies. This means social media management including the regular posting of content, briefing to the creative team, managing timeframes and ensuring deadlines are met. 

This role will manage day-to-day client relationships, budgets and requests whilst working back collaboratively with senior staff to deliver administrative and reporting requirements to clients. This role reports to Tailor Group Directors and Account Managers who will support and mentor the Production Assistant to develop their skills in reporting, execution, analytical thinking, problem solving, budgeting and client management.

This role will be permanent part-time with a view to becoming full-time. 

 

Your role will include the following:

  • Styling and taking photos for use online.
  • Writing social media and EDM copy.
  • Devising and creating blog content.
  • You will be working as part of a larger team, however the ability to work and manage your time individually is essential.
  • You will also be communicating with clients so a friendly and professional manner is essential.
  • Booking and briefing external photographers.
  • Posting for clients on a regular basis.
  • Creating all content and copywriting for all posts.
  • Working with Production Manager to ensure content can be approved in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU:

Ideally you have just finished a degree in communications or have a real passion for social media. We’re not too interested in professional experience (although experience interning at similar agencies is attractive.) We are interested in finding raw creative talent and helping you grow into an agency setting with our teams variety of skills and abilities. This is about the long game, and helping you grow with us!

However, we hope that you would have:

  • Experience with social media.
  • Knowledge and interest in digital Marketing.
  • The ability to adapt your writing style to suit the tone of various clients.
  • A tertiary qualification in communications is favourable.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
