Your Role

 

Ever wondered if you could combine your passion for travel with your career? Well here’s your chance! We are on the hunt for a talented Product Development and Training Co-ordinator to come in and provide our Point of Sale (PoS) teams with the skills, confidence and knowledge to drive sales across Accommodation, STA Travel preferred products, Work, Learn & Volunteer programs, to ensure an uplift in revenue and overall performance.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

-Customer obsessed

-Eager to combine your passion for travel with your career

-Proven ability in a sales and results-oriented environment

-Computer literate with good Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills

-Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure

-Good knowledge of STA Travel suppliers is an advantage as is working within a store environment

-Self-reliance and confidence to deliver training sessions and presentations

 

Key Responsibilities

 

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers and Travel Experts

-To work closely with 1Source Operations, Learning & Development, Customer Service and Global Contracting teams

-Promote STA Travel’s preferred Accommodation, STAy Product, Work & Learn and Volunteer products to both Point of Sale and the market

-Pro-actively train sales teams (PoS) on product, systems and sales skills
