Do you think you have what it takes to be the next industry superstar? If so, CampaignLab wants to hear from you. We’re on the hunt for a talented and aspirational Account Coordinator to join our fast growing PR & brand engagement business.

Here’s a quick summary about us.

In 2018 we took home 5 x PR Asia awards for our work and were named Australia’s Best Small Agency at Mumbrella’s Commscon Awards. We were also ranked “pound for pound” the most creative PR agency in the world by Holmes Report. We’re a small team, but we think big and we’re picking up exciting new accounts as a result.

While PR is core to everything we do, we thrive on fully integrated campaigns pulling together all forms of marketing. What that means is one day we might be shooting a TVC, the next we’re running an event, activation or social campaign. So if you have a passion for creative PR and doing things differently we want to hear from you.

We’re not sector focused. We work with a wide variety of B2B and consumer accounts across technology, travel & tourism, finance, transport and start-ups to name a few. We think it broadens our perspective and makes every day different. We love doing what we do and we think you will too!

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone that can join the team and support the team across a series of creative campaigns and retained clients. You will need to have a good understanding of the media, a hunger to learn, excellent people skills, and a creative spark.

In addition we require:

  • Degree educated
  • Some form of industry work experience (preferably in an agency)
  • A media buff – you must be across the latest news and issues
  • A creative thinking who likes to challenge conventional ways of thinking
  • Hard working and willing to get stuck into a range of tasks
  • Someone that’s fun to be around! (that’s essential!)

If you have skills in other areas such as content writing, social media, design, photography, videography or web development – you get bonus points. If you don’t but are interested to learn something new, then that’s great too and we’ll help you achieve those goals with our experts and training programs.

So what’s on the table?

We work hard to attract the best talent.  So here you go.

  • 23 days annual leave
  • Inclusive of 3 x Doona Days (for those days when you simply can’t face the world)
  • $1,000 lifestyle bonus to spend how you wish
  • Competitive salary
  • All the tech you need to do your job
  • Robust training program
  • Good work-life balance
  • The opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, fun and aspirational team of creative professionals

So, if this sounds like you and you match some or all the requirements, why not get in touch?
