ONLINE DESPATCH & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUPERSTAR

Ruby Olive Jewellery is a growing online retail/wholesale brand that’s run a little differently to the average business.  We’re a brand that’s more than just products…we’re about living a vibrant life, supporting our communities and surrounding ourselves in like-minded passionate people.  Our tribe (a.k.a our customers) mean the world to us and therefore customer service and customer experience is one of the most important things at Ruby Olive.

We are looking for an administrative superstar to join our small but incredibly passionate and dynamic team.  Your strength is in organisation, attention to detail, problem solving and communicating clearly and efficiently with customers.  

You will be managing all the online despatching and inventory coordination, and be supporting our customer experience manager.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Picking, packing and despatching all daily national and international orders

  • Creating and maintaining efficient processes with our logistics partners

  • Management of third-party partner relationships such as Australia Post and DHL

  • Accepting and processing incoming stock

  • End to end stock management including conducting stocktakes

  • Liaising with customers via Ruby Olive’s email, Facebook messenger and over the phone to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.

  • Office administration tasks may also be required – such as ordering of packaging equipment, office supplies.

  • Supporting the rest of the team as required

 

Skills:

  • Attention to detail and organisation skills are ESSENTIAL

  • Great administrative, communication & customer service skills

  • Proficient in Google Drive and equivalent documents such as Word and Excel

  • The ability to meet daily despatch deadlines

  • Proactive, efficient and willing to learn

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Australia Post eParcel & Shopify platform preferred but not essential
