Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting: Ensuring all pre-scheduled Instagram content is deployed on time, whilst also monitoring that the automated channels such as Facebook have been posted.
  • Response Management: All it takes is one meaningful response in social community management to positively affect opinions. Understanding brand nuances and tone of voice for our different brands is essential to executing this aspect of the role.
  • Monitoring: Actively monitoring and engaging in conversations online and responding to customer enquiries (all digital channels).
  • Reporting: Providing the team with weekly performance and competitor updates and preparing the data for the monthly social reports.



  • When you’re not scrolling through Instagram, creating a new TikTok or playing with the latest and greatest features of Snapchat, you’ll be throwing your ideas onto a page to continually improve our social engagement, or you’ll be assisting the Accounts Team with driving our client brands.


Position Requirements:

  • University qualified in a Marketing and or Communications principle
  • Basic understanding of Social Media Metrics and KPIs
  • Passion for all things Social Media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Have a positive and ‘whatever it takes’ attitude.
