Part-Time Office All-Rounder required for busy and tech-savvy mortgage brokering firm.
Pinpoint Finance are seeking a part-time office all-rounder to join their team.
The role includes general office responsibilities as well as:
  • Monitoring loan applications and responding / escalating as required
  • Communicating directly with Banks and with Clients to keep loan applications progressing, and escalating any issues unable to be resolved by you
  • Accurate data entry from documents provided by clients
  • Monitoring social media and responding / escalating as required
  • Assisting with email newsletters and other marketing
  • Admin support for events including taking bookings and enquiries
 
Skills preferred for this role are:
  • Loan Processing experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work positively with clients even when they are stressed, and to deal with banks even when they are frustrating (and believe us when we say they can be frustrating…)
  • High level of attention to detail, little things matter in this role!
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Understanding of social media including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
 
This role is part-time, and will begin with 12 hours per week with a view to increasing to a mutually agreeable level in due course. These hours will be a mix of physical and virtual, and this role will suit those who would like to work partly from home.
 
Located in Melbourne, South-Eastern suburbs.
