Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager, this role will see you responsible for the day to day execution of the eCommerce site, along with maintenance and successful trade of multiple platforms. As the Senior eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the Aje online channels by ensuring that products are accurately displayed and replenished on the website at all times. The role is well suited to a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and support a variety of customers, terms and deadlines.



Working as a part of the eCommerce team, your tasks will include: 


  • Manage all website content & imagery – Season launches, homepage, category pages, landing pages, navigation
  • Reporting – weekly sales, promotions, daily order checking and provide recommendations for the site
  • Work with eCommerce Manager and Customer Experience Manager to improve customer experience and satisfaction via website
  • Work with creative team in briefing in required assets for content  
  • Enriching product, ensuring brand consistency and keeping up to date with current trends
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Coordinate setup and execution of online promotions – Australia, New Zealand and Rest of World
  • Assist with eCommerce shoots working with Marketing department for best practice styling
  • Daily communication with 3pl inline with promotions & deliveries

Your past experience must include: 


  • 2-4 years eCommerce experience (Shopify, David Jones)
  • Eye for detail, especially for online product and inventory
  • Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
