Job type
Full-time

Four Pillars Gin is an agile, highly-creative, craft-driven gin distillery and business with serious ambition.

In four short years, Four Pillars has become Australia’s number 1 craft spirit, and this rapid growth means we are looking for a new member to join our brand/marketing team in 2018 to support our events and marketing activities (both domestic and international, both targeting consumers and the trade).

The ideal candidate for this role is an extremely well-organised individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment where you never quite know what the next challenge might be. You have a good understanding of the Australian hospitality industry, a penchant for quality food and booze, and an ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team. And you love delivering creative projects and ideas (look….we’ve got lots of great ideas, so the real key to this role will be a passion for delivery).

You’re an experienced marketing and events professional, savvy about brand, and passionate about brands that are built on craft, truth and depth (we’re never going to be running big ATL ad campaigns). Oh and you have great (great) attention to detail.

You’ve worked on events for the past few years, probably for an agency. But you might also have been in-house somewhere with a similar creative DNA to our own.

And you’ll be up for working on events and experiences both big and small, sometimes helping with a masterclass at the distillery, sometimes helping to plan our presence at a global drinks show. And sometimes just helping, because we’re still a start-up at heart and we all do a bit of everything.

You’re based in Melbourne, or the Yarra Valley, or somewhere in between. And you’d be able to start work in February 2018. Salary and all that stuff will all be somewhat negotiable, depending on experience level. The main thing is finding the right person. Now, should we talk?
