Emperor is Australia’s luxury home of Champagne. We are the largest online retailer specialising in Champagne and content is centre to our story! 

Emperor has a talented team and the successful Intern will work under our experienced Marketing Director and Head of Design working on our Champagne Club videos as well as editing and filming at a number of high profile events. 

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Videoing content for our Champagne Club with Co-hosts Kyla and Kyri. 
  • Learning to plan, develop and execute valuable video content to gain more visibility for our campaigns. 

  • Use computer software (Adobe Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Frame etc) to learn to edit videos for the Emperor Club and Emperor content. 

  • Learn to shoot and edit raw video content and produce production ready videos for distribution  

  • Filming and editing 1-2 days per week (we are flexible with your work, family and educational commitments) 

  • Learn to oversee the audio and video engineering and editing

  • Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements

  • Learn to write voiceover/commentary/scripts

  • Suggest or selectmusic for videos

  • A keen eye for detail and a critical mind

  • Creativity and passionate interest in film and video editing

  • Can work as part of a team as well autonomously

  • Ability to work under pressure and able to meet designated timeframes

  • Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills  – written and verbal

  • Driver’s licence and own car

  • Enjoys working in high paced environment

  • Experience working within an agency previously – highly regarded but not essential

  • To be able to professionally colour grade – highly regarded but not essential

  • Comfortable being client facing and able to manage professional relationships with diverse groups of people
