Key areas of responsibility:

– Liaise with talent daily to ensure their needs are met
– Identify brand alignments for talent to collaborate with
– Negotiate with new and existing agencies and brands
– Facilitate the negotiation and execution of brand campaigns on behalf of talent
– Follow up and roll out major campaigns with the assistance of Head of Talent
– Constantly discover new talent and be aware of key players in the influencer space
– Keep agency website up to date and liaise with our web designer
– Heavy multitasking and research responsibilities
– Attend industry events and keep informed of industry trends
– Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe InDesign with basic design skills – Update and maintain agency-owned social media platforms

What you’ll need to succeed:

– Initiative and an attitude that allows you to throw yourself into a fast moving industry
– Creativity in working with different clients and talent
– Experience in booking would be preferable however a personality that is willing to learn is essential
– An understanding of budgets and contracts
– Attention to detail
– A high level of organisation and ability to co-ordinate multiple jobs and campaigns simultaneously
– A fun approach to an office environment that is constantly busy and changing.
