Coates Group is a fast-growing digital merchandising hardware and software provider. Headquartered in Sydney, we operate across 30 international markets, with 6 growing global offices, and work with big brands in the QSR and retail industries.
Our People & Culture team is looking for a junior HR assistant to help deliver our people and culture function in the Sydney office. You would be covering areas including:
• End-to-end recruitment (including onboarding & offboarding)
• L&D
• Employee engagement
• HR administration (e.g. document creation, management of employee records, management of employee entitlements, etc.)
• Ad hoc HR-based projects as they arise
Ideally, you will hold (or will soon graduate with) a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and have up to/under 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR admin role (yes, a 3 month internship counts!).
It is a full-time role, but we are open to part-time availability if you are finishing uni this semester.
You would be joining a youthful and passionate crew, supported by a down-to-earth and motivating management team. We are looking for someone who is keen to get involved, proactive, knows how to work hard and multitask – and likes to have a bit of fun as well!
