What you’ll be doing

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and material for Busabout & Radical travel. Working closely with the Marketing Manager across both Consumer and trade markets, key responsibilities include;

  • Assist the marketing manager in the development and execution of engaging and innovative campaigns across multiple channels

  • Build relationships and act as a key point of contact with media partners, influencers and trade contacts

  • Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns for tactical campaigns, trade sales deals and expos

  • Work closely with Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager to manage trade collateral requests

  • Work closely with PR and Digital teams to ensure the brand gains positive exposure and reach through press and campaigns

  • Manage comms for consumer and trade campaigns to all relevant internal and external stakeholders

  • Actively seek out opportunities to increase marketing budget through sponsorships, partnerships and co-branded activity with like minded brands and tourism boards

  • Administrative tasks including reconciliation of monthly expenditure, maintenance of proformas and marketing activities calendars

  • Monitoring and compiling monthly reporting on campaign success and key metrics

  • Bring proven relevant marketing experience

  • Be a natural relationship builder and influencer through your passion for your work andtravel

  • Demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving

  • Possess and exceptional eye for detail producing accurate work in a timely manner

  • Knowledge of Adobe Design suite an advantage however willingness to learn essential

  • Display proficiency across the Microsoft Suite

Candidates with travel/tourism industry experience and or B2B marketing and project management experience will be highly regarded.
