Papinelle is a Sydney-based sleepwear and lifestyle brand, designing products that enhance your downtime.
We are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic, and engaging team member who is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers and assisting in our head office.
No two days are the same at Papinelle – you will get the opportunity to work in a variety of different roles with different responsibilities, such as:
- Answering customer service emails
- Assisting customers on the phone with their orders and guiding them in their decision
- Assisting with online order packing, when necessary
- Head Office sample management and influencer gifting
- Managing the office admin, stationery, and general upkeep
- Assisting in other areas such as online product management, sales, and marketing.
We are looking for an applicant who is:
- Able to work in a small but fast-paced organisation
- Has 2+ years admin or customer service experience, preferably in the Retail/Wholesale/Fashion Industry
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Organised, independent, and self-motivated, with a team player attitude.
- Able to confidently greet and converse with external customers in a professional manner that positively represents the brand.
