The Warwick Bar and Bistro, part of the Holiday Inn Warwick Farm complex, is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player with a passion for hospitality, who loves working in high pressure situations, takes satisfaction in developing their skills and above all can provide an outstanding guest experience every time. 

About Us

The Holiday Inn Warwick Farm & The Warwick includes 146 newly renovated rooms boasting a modern and spacious feel, a 90 seat restaurant and boutique bar, fully equipped gym and outdoor swimming pool, 4 newly built state of the art function rooms and an upcoming 1000 capacity event centre. Adjoining to the hotel is our recently opened modern pub – The Warwick, which boasts a capacity of 1000, a bistro & pizza kitchen, sports bar, VIP lounge and a bottleshop. 

Join us as a Food & Beverage Attendant within the F&B team. You will need to be confident in your ability to deliver exception customer service and ensure all our guests leave with a positive experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring friendly, efficient and professional service is provided to all guests; 
  • Ensure outlet is kept clean, well organised and safe.
  • Re-stocking outlet fridges to par levels, maintain stock correctly in accordance with the stock control policies;
  • Maintain accuracy of cash handling and register operations, including cash draw reconciliation and balance/summary of daily transaction activity.
  • Ensuring guest enquiries are followed through in a professional manner
  • Having the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
  • Able to work in a flexible environment – a la carte dining, buffet, functions, conferencing & events, bars 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A confident and outgoing personality
  • Prior experience in a large organisation – preferably within a 4-5* hotel environment
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
  • A genuine enthusiasm for customer service, self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Previous hotel food & beverage experience is essential. Additional experience that will be regarded highly include banquets & conferencing and a la carte dining/bars. You must also be available to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
