The Company

Alice in La-La is a wonderland of fashion, representing brands like includes Zhivago, Damselfly, Madison the Label and more. We are driven by our passion for facilitating the growth of our clients’ stores and our labels as a result we are experiencing growth ourselves. We operate a little differently to most sales agencies, with a focus of on the road travel.


The Role

We are looking for a fashion sales executive to grow our market share within a geographic region of NSW. You will take ownership of your territory and develop outstanding relationships with our existing retailers, plus identify and develop new accounts.

Day to day you will be visiting retailers to present new collections and gain reorders. The remainder of your time will be spent in the office for sales follow up and planning.


The Skills

Our preferred candidate will have experience in either retail buying or fashion wholesale. You may be a store manager looking for a new challenge, or a brand manager who wants to extend their skills.

Induction and training are provided, but we are looking for a strong team member who can hit the ground running.

  • Ability to strategically review past sales and develop growth plans
  • Drive to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and seasonal targets
  • Desire to be actively on the road visiting your retailers
  • A network of buyer contacts would be highly regarded
  • Outstanding customer service  – you care about delivering the best to your clients, on time
  • Effective multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Must have full drivers license
