Who in the Zoo is one of Australia’s leading boutique fashion recruitment agencies, recruiting specifically for the Fashion, Beauty and Executive Retail Industries. We have one of the best client lists and reputations in the industry, and we are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join the team and support our busy consultants! To be successful in this role, you will need to professional, outgoing, highly organised with extreme attention to detail, engaging, personable and of course, have a love of fashion!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Be the first point of contact, meet and greet candidates and clients

·         Answer/ Screen all incoming calls

·         Supporting 3 full time consultants with job postings, shortlisting, screening etc

·         Manage high volume inbox of all queries and registrations

·         Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports

·         Induction and Training of Interns

·         Database management & upkeep

·         Searching Job Boards

·         Engaging with all team members to maintain office culture

·         Data Entry

·         General Administration

·         General housekeeping duties

·         Event and Social planning

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

·         Previous administration experience, preferably in the recruitment industry or fashion industry

·         A level of knowledge within functions of the Fashion, Beauty & Executive Retail industry

·         Highly autonomous and enjoy working in a small team

·         Positive attitude, excellent at building real connections with people

·         Presentable, polished and articulate

·         Service oriented, and quick-minded 

·         You MUST have a love of fashion and be familiar with current labels

The successful candidate will be rewarded with ongoing support, training and development, a beautiful office space in Alexandria, working alongside industry leaders, an insight in to the world of fashion recruitment. Salary is dependent on the level of experience. Immediate starters preferred
