Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Meet and liaise with suppliers to negotiate purchases that match the company targets
  • Monitor and maintain purchasing, sales and inventory levels
  • Maintain supplier relationships whilst sourcing new suppliers for future products
  • Report on sale through rates, forecasting and competitors
  • Maximise sales opportunities by working with marketing on promotions and social networking

The perfect candidate will have:

  • 2+ years experience in buying, fast fashion experience preferred
  • Degree qualification within Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • All round retail and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to work alongside a range of key senior stakeholders in order to achieve business outcomes
  • Previous management experience
  • Have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast paced environment whilst balancing competing interests
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation
