The role

We would be surprised if there is a more exciting events role out there. The successful candidate will take a lead role in the operations and organisational side of some of our most popular experiences – Mystery Picnics!

This role is varied and exciting and would suit someone highly organised with great attention to detail and a creative flair.

This is a full time, 3-month paid internship at your AmazingCo head office in Abbotsford. Please note working Saturdays is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating our Mystery Picnics
  • Phoning and emailing partners to book in experiences
  • Using our custom built technology to enter data for experiences
  • Reconciling expenses
  • Managing experiences / bookings
  • Assist customers with questions in the lead up to their experiences
  • Following up customers for feedback
  • Weekend support for both customers and providers


Possible Additional Responsibilities

Launching new experiences

  • Assisting with research
  • Finding providers/partners and contacting them by phone and meeting in person
  • Input into creating new experiences
  • Adding creative flare to new experiences such as adding clues, games, conversation starters or unique extras
  • Continuous improvement of experiences based on feedback
