Do you love live entertainment? Have you got experience creating digital content? Want to work on campaigns for some of the biggest musicals and shows in Australia?

TIX is Australia’s largest independent ticket and entertainment marketing company. We provide clients with dedicated marketing channels across the entire event lifecycle through our branded websites: Showbiz, Lasttix, Sportsttix, Smart Tix, What’s on Live and TIX Black. We also promote entertainment content via the new TIX App. 

We’re seeking an Email Campaign Coordinator to join our successful team. This is a junior role and will suit someone who is a fast learner and multi-tasker, with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Content creation across website, email and app platforms
  • Execution and delivery of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Use of analytic tools to develop and improve campaign conversions
  • Management of content calendar
  • Sales support for administrative tasks including liaising with clients
  • Social media content creation and management
  • Customer service help
  • Other ad hoc office admin tasks

To be successful, youll be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in creating digital content such as blog posts and copy
  • Impeccable attention to detail with an eagle eye for errors
  • Email/CRM/Social media experience in a professional environment
  • Hands-on experience building and sending email campaigns (Oracle Responsys experience highly regarded)
  • Strong grammar, written and verbal skills
  • Excellent proofreading  and editing skills
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML

Interest and/or experience in the entertainment industry eg. live music, performing arts, concert promoters and/or ticketing would be advantageous.

  • You’re a team player who’s comfortable taking instruction but also equally happy working independently
