As our digital space continues to grow, we are offering an opportunity for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team – someone who is eager to make their mark in an industry that champions innovation, creativity and exceptional customer service.

Based at our Global Headquarters in Sydney’s East and reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for database management, picking and packing orders, stock and inventory management, KPI reporting and website upkeep and maintenance.

This role will work closely with the Communications and Partnerships team in meeting joint deliverables across product launches, media activations and social strategy, as well as the Director on specific initiatives around building brand equity and visibility.

On a day-to-day basic your roles and responsibilities will look like:

  • Management of order fulfilment – picking and packing, coordinating couriers

  • Management and upkeep of inventory – stocktake, ordering, upkeep and parenting of stock levels, product returns

  • Reporting – inventory mgmt, sell through, attachment, etc

  • Partner with the Communications and Partnerships team around joint deliverables across branded newness, sales initiatives and social strategy to grow brand awareness and profile

  • Client correspondence across phone and email – including but not limited to product and shipment inquiries, regime queries and general advisory questions

  • Diary, Inbox and Calendar Management

  • Client Relationship and Database Management

  • Relationship Management with key vendors

  • Relationship Management with key partners

  • Meet KPIs around fulfilment, conversions, retention and specific sales targets

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience managing a multi-branded e-commerce site, both from fulfilment and administrative standpoints

  • A proven track record of developing and nurturing long standing client relationships

  • A proven track record of consistently meeting budgets and KPIs

  • Experience with SEO and SEM, Google Adwords and other paid search platforms

  • Strong analytical capabilities across reporting and forecasting

  • A uncompromising commitment to client satisfaction

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • An eye – and appreciation for – detail in all aspects of your work

  • Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A proactive, self-starting and “can do” attitude

  • A warm and friendly nature, a true appreciation of team work and the ability to prioritise a positive and productive workplace culture

Though not essential, applicants with the following will be looked upon favourably:

  • Previously held position as a PA or EA in a high end environment

  • Or previously held position in high end fashion retail or high end beauty environment

  • Cert 4 or Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy

  • Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
