About the role
We are seeking an eCommerce savvy online retail assistant to join our fun young team. We are looking to commence the position on the 7th January 2019.

You will be primarily responsible for our busy online store. Your responsibilities will include;

Handling all online sales inquiries.

Entering & invoicing of all online sales.

Maintaining online listings including: –

Uploading of products
Product categorisation
Writing/listing of product descriptions
Liaising with online platform support teams
Ensuring all products are live online
Inventory analysis & reporting.

Raising stock transfers for web replenishment.

Participate in annual stocktake.

Assist Business Manager with other administrative tasks as required.

About you
Previous experience in online or e-commerce
Experience in Shopify and eBay
Working knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of retail industry
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
